All rights to streaming videos originating from the producer, including the content and technology included therein, are reserved to the producer. Altcinema-hosted streaming video(s) are available on this website for personal, noncommercial use only. You may view streaming videos on this website for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided that, unless permission to do so is expressly stated:
(a) you do not modify or delete any of the streaming video content nor .MOV files;
(b) you do not redistribute the .MOV files made available as part of the streaming video;
(c) .MOV files made available for streaming video are not to be re-produced, edited, re-transmitted, or in any way repurposed without prior consent from the producer and Altcinema.

Producers and Altcinema reserve the right to discontinue providing streaming video(s) and to require that you cease accessing or using the streaming video(s) or any elements of the streaming video(s) at any time for any reason.
The streaming video producer and/or Altcinema may modify any of the Terms of Use contained herein at any time and at our sole discretion, and such Terms of Use will become binding when placed online.
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, shall the streaming video producer or Altcinema be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of services, content or results, computer failure or malfunction, damages resulting from disabling of the services provided as part of the streaming video(s).

Product Listing Errors
In the event that an Altcinema product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Altcinema reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

You agree that any application actions will be brought under the jurisdiction of the County of San Francisco, CA, and the any claims or causes of action with regard to the Altcinema website must commence within one year after the claim or cause of action arises or be forfeited.
